Here are the drawings for our new play equipment in the key stage 2 playground. There is a lot of work to be done this week, we are hopeful that the fort will be ready to play on next week. The maxi sticks will be installed over the summer holidays.
All the governors are proud of every child at Layton, how well they behave, how busy they always are in class and how hard they work. The new key stage 1 play equipment has been very popular and we are sure that the new fort and play area in key stage 2 will be even more so. This will provide more variety during break times in between lessons.
The Governors and all the Staff at Layton will always endeavour to provide a stimulating, exciting and nurturing environment for every child in school, to ensure they enjoy school, are happy and have every opportunity to achieve their full potential and more whilst here.
Good news also, the Multi Use Games Area will be resurfaced soon, with new higher fences to provide an even better space to play in.
